On the 29th of September 2008, Firstfruits opened their doors for the very first time. In celebration, a coffee evening was held at the house and guests were invited to look round the house, watch an informative promotional video and pray for the future of Firstfruits and the women we seek to help.

It was our privilege to welcome special guest George Verwer to officially open the house. George Verwer is the founder of Operation Mobilisation (www.om.org), an evangelical Christian organization that motivates and equips young people to share God’s love with people all over the world.
George gave an entertaining and encouraging speech and stayed to look around the house and chat to guests. |
